Welcome to 81 Beach Hill!  We are located on 81st Street in Ocean City, Maryland. We hope you will have a chance to visit us because we are at a great location on the beach (and we're a lot of fun...).

About us

81 Beach Hill is a 51-unit, 5-story, ocean front condominium building located in desirable mid-town Ocean City.  Most units are used by owners, friends, and family; a few are rented; several are occupied most of the summer; and some are occupied year-round.

We are self-managed, and the owners, Committee Chairs, and Board of Directors work hard to make 81 Beach Hill a great place to visit and live.  We strive to maintain property values while controlling maintenance costs.  Our volunteer cleanup/work days help us stay on top of maintenance and also afford an opportunity for fellowship.  81 Beach Hill picnics are also a great time to get to know each other and enjoy great weather around the pool.

Unit owners have diverse skills and interests, and it's great fun sharing stories with each other while tanning on the beach or sitting by the pool.  Two of our owners undertook a beautification project that was recognized by the Ocean City Beautification Committee.  Read more here.  We love the beautiful spot you created, Mai and Peter!

Occasionally units go up for sale, so maybe some day you will become a member of the 81 Beach Hill family.  Others may claim it, but 81 Beach Hill really is the best on the beach in Ocean City!
